We want paying for your care to feel just as easy as everything else about your visit. Along with Delta Dental, we offer flexible payment options, including CareCredit financing, so your care fits your budget.
Accepted Insurance Plans
We're proud to be in-network with Delta Dental. Have a different plan? Give us a call and we'll walk you through your options. Not sure what's covered? We're happy to check for you before your visit. Here's how we handle your insurance:
- We bill your insurance carrier directly, as a courtesy to you
- We hold your estimated insurance portion for 30 days while the claim processes
- If your carrier pays us more than we estimated, we'll promptly send you the difference
- Since we're not part of the agreement between you and your insurance carrier, we'll always let you know if a follow-up call to them would help move things along
Payment Options
We keep payment easy with several ways to cover your visit:
- We ask for your estimated portion on the day of service, so your account stays simple and current.
- If your insurance ends up covering less than expected, the remaining balance becomes due, and our office manager is always glad to help you sort out the details or set up a different arrangement.
